Quantum Coaching is about the commitment you make to yourself, to your clients and to building your practice. The design of the Quantum Coaching Method™ is to maximize the coachable moments that your clients present to you.

There is a direct correlation that is seen in coaching. Have you ever noticed when someone has imbalance or stuckness in one area of our lives, they often have a parallel situation going on in another area. For example, clutter in one's physical environment often is also reflected in clutter in the body and clutter in the bank account.

The Key Relationships of the Quantum Coaching Method™ are designed to give you proficiency in several areas so that you can begin to work with clients on what we call the Coachable Inroad. From there we can build confidence and success and create an environment that gives clients the courage to work in and heal several areas of their lives.

During this Training Pprogram you will learn to:

• Understand your role as coach, counselor, co-journeyer with clients.
• Learn the most effective questions to ask clients to help them gain insight.
• Actively listen to and reflect back to clients
• Create a quality “container” for clients to explore their situations and patterns of responses and behaviors safely
• Understand the deeper use of mirroring as a springboard to deepen your practice and help your clients shift more quickly and effectively.
• Work with difficult or resistant clients or situations.
• Be very clear when to refer clients or have them seek additional support
• Help clients set reasonable goals and strategies that work with their personalities.
• Learn techniques and strategies to help you better utilize your insight and intuition
• Be able to bring real situations to a highly interactive discussion and go away with real solutions and strategies.
• Become clear on patterns of wounds and shadows that often keep us stuck in unproductive roles in our lives.
• Learn the real reasons why people cannot lose weight and how to support them in an effective way.
• Learn about the key relationships we have with food, with our bodies, with our environments and with money and how they are intertwined.

BECOMING A QCM™ COACH TAKES FIVE EASY STEPS:

STEP ONE: BEGIN with Coaching Essentials  (QCM100) 

STEP TWO: PICK a minimum of 4 Key Relationship Courses

STEP THREE: PICK one additional Key Relationship Course or one Quantum Elective.

STEP FOUR: ENROLL FOR Practicum (Mentoring) 3 months = Six group sessions.

LAST STEP: Upon completion of courses, we will ask you to SUBMIT 5 Case Studies/Session Notes. (We will guide you through that process) and CONDUCT one mini-session and interview with Marilena.

*All Classes are held via teleclass and last for 60 minutes with a 15-minute Q & A debriefing following. All calls will be recorded however live participation in at least 75% of classes per module is required to obtain Quantum Coaching Method ™ seal.

ANNUAL RENEWAL:

Once you are certified, one annual review call with a QC mentor will also be required to continue to use the Quantum Coaching Method™ Seal. This session will be held at a deeply discounted rate of $50 for the hour. This fee will be waived if you have taken another course of any type with QCM within the previous 12 months. It will include a review of how you are doing, where you are challenged, how we can support you and an assessment of how you have been able to apply Quantum Counseling Method ™ skills and strategies in your practice.

A Note about Quantum Business Building
This is a separate track for which you may enroll  apart from  orin addition to the Quantum Coaching Method™ Training. These courses are not included as electives toward receiving your seal.
