Registration Terms of Agreement for Quantum Coaching Method ™
All payments are expected in full before the start date of each course unless otherwise arranged through a designated payment plan. Payment is to be made via credit card or Paypal account through the Paypal system. Should this method of payment, not be possible, arrangements can be made by contacting:
register@quantumcoachingmethod.com.
After the first class session has taken place, no refunds shall be issued unless extenuating circumstances exist and are demonstrated. In this case, rescheduling of the course or credit toward another later course would be permitted before the second class session with no additional fee. Approved withdrawal without reschedule may incur up to a $150 fee.
Should circumstances require a participant to withdraw after class session two, no refund will be available. Should emergency circumstances arise, rescheduling of classes or issuance of credit toward another course is again recommended.

Course Registrant agrees that enrollment in this course/program is to be used for personal and professional development. He/She respects the copyright and source of the materials distributed during the course and agrees to always give proper attribution and not to distribute it as his/her own. It is further agreed that the concepts, strategies and other techniques demonstrated in this course/program will be used at the total discretion of the individual practitioner and that he/she and any of his/her clients shall hold harmless the creator of the Quantum Coaching Method™, originator of any theories presented, authors of recommended reading/reference, and any instructors of the materials presented through the Quantum Coaching Method™ course/programs.
By submitting this form, rendering payment and registering for this course, I automatically agree with the terms of this agreement.
