As a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I am passionate about helping women lose weight and feel both more confident and at ease in their bodies. I have been in the fitness world for over 15 years and have seen how transformative it can be when a woman becomes the ideal version of herself. I know from personal experience what a healthy diet and exercise can do for one’s self-confidence.

We will talk about things beyond food, looking to draw connections between what you eat and why.
