Marilena Minucci, MS, CHHC, BCCMarilena integrates best practices from over 20 years experience in counseling, wellness coaching & training in the areas of personal growth & development, nutrition, health, energy psychology, marketing & management bringing her clients a rich experience. As creator of the Quantum Coaching Method™, she offers health coaches and other wellness professionals a dynamic way to work more deeply and effectively with their clients while at the same time enhancing their own individual evolution. Drawing from her own experience, she specializes in helping clients turn transition into transformation by challenging old patterns and beliefs that keep them stuck. Marilena teaches clients to end cycles of self-sabotage, to identify clear, meaningful goals, and to design simple strategies to move ahead and create the more fulfilling and balanced lives they desire. Her own life transformation led to a successful and lasting weight loss of over 50 pounds and recovery from PCOS through an integrative, energetic and emotional release approach, which she shares through workshops and tele-classes and is now one of the cornerstones of the Quantum Coaching Method ™ she delivers. Marilena holds degrees in psychology and counseling from New York University and the State University of New York. She also graduated from and is a mentor and instructor for the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York City. She is a Board Certified Coach with the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE). She is also certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). In addition to her formal graduate work in Mental Health Counseling, Marilena has also completed advanced studies with the Debbie Ford Integrative Coaching Institute; Marc David, Nutritional Psychologist; Tom Daly, PhD in 4 Gateways Coaching and with the Albert Ellis Institute in NYC. She also studied with EFT's Gary Craig and Carol Look and continues to integrate energy work, including Reiki into her practice. Marilena lives in New York and travels extensively as part the Quantum lifestyle she embraces.
