I am so grateful for the resources provided. This book has literally changed the interactions I am having with the people in my life. I am able to follow what Clients are telling me very easily now, and have an arsenal of incredibly effective questions to put forward. The results these bring to clients is unbelievable. Because we all ask ourselves the same questions again and again.
