Master Coaching Mosaic Series:
Online, Self-Paced Learning!
What is the Master Coaching Mosaic?
The Master Coaching Mosaic is a series of programs that have been created to offer Health & Wellness Coaches a Learning "Mosaic" to meet their CEU needs. Marilena Minucci, creator of Quantum Coaching Method, invited Gail Moore, the owner of Moore Master Coaching to co-create these very special offerings. Each Series (which was originally offered and recorded live) includes 5 powerful presentations about coaching skills and Health & Wellness Content that coaches can learn and apply immediately in their work with clients. Each Series also includes 5 coaching demonstrations with Master-level coaches. In most cases, the coaches are coming into the session to coach a client they have never met before so we are getting to see them "coach on their feet" meeting the challenges of the sessions head on.
The themes that have emerged here have been so relevant for coaches whose services are needed more than ever. As we continue to navigate challenging times, we have to continue to improve our own abilities to work more deeply with our clients. The Master Coaching Mosaic offers you the ability to learn from a variety of coaches, hear their styles, and learn from their own experience.
Please enjoy the journey. Below, please find details of Master Coaching Mosaics I and II. For Details on Master Coaching Mosaic III, visit www.MasterCoachingMosaic.com.
You can register for them individually or find bundle pricing HERE.

Real-world coaching demonstration by Confidence Master Coach Ben Dooley CPCC, MCC
Uh-oh! The client is having a huge emotional reaction! The first question that often comes up is OMG should this be a therapy session?
In this masterful demonstration, we get to see first-hand how to walk the line between coaching and therapy while honoring the client and all of her emotions. Hear how Ben keeps this client (whom he’d never met and who had never been coached before) moving forward and helps her achieve her session goal. This client initially came to the call with the issue of wanting to lose weight and what arose in the session is nothing short of astonishing and heartbreaking.
This is a call every coach needs to hear. It is a brilliant, inspiring demonstration of so many coaching skills and competencies and the debriefing and bonus Q&A is entertaining and full of great learning.

Join host Gail Moore, LMP, RMP, CPC as she welcomes Master Certified Coach, Mickey Parsons, PsyD, BCC, MCC
Mickey will be coaching a "real-world" client. Hearing how a master coach handles challenges in the moment during a coaching session is a gift beyond measure. Working on a different area of the brain, it unlocks a door to understanding and inspires us like nothing else can. When the coaching session is then followed by a debriefing and Q&A, it compounds the learning and helps to anchor it.
About Mickey: Mickey’s authentic coaching style is rooted in his own experience as a business leader together with his keen understanding of human behavior and his coaching know-how. Clients benefit from having a trusted and knowledgeable confidante who supports them in developing their own strengths and capabilities and assists them in creating and implementing their own leadership development plan.
As a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Mickey is in the top 2% of coaches worldwide. He has coached more than 2,000 leaders, from executives at Fortune 500 companies to local business owners. With more than 20 years’ experience managing and leading business organizations in his own right, Mickey is a coach who understands what it takes to excel in today’s climate.
Mickey holds a Doctorate of Psychology, with a concentration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, as well as numerous coaching credentials. He serves as Assistant Professor of Psychology at Life University in Marietta, GA, where he co-created and teaches in the Master of Science in Positive Psychology - Coaching Psychology track. He is also a trained Assessor for the International Coaching Federation.
In Jim’s Mosaic live presentation, he will talk to us about diversity and how to better deal with it in our lives and our coaching practices. In this recorded call, we get to hear him in action in a "real-world" coaching session on racism with extended Q&A .
His coaching is a masterful demonstration of among other things how not to fall into some of the "coaching traps" that can be the most difficult to avoid. For example, Jim being Black, had deep beliefs and ideas around this issue but didn’t share them and remained completely neutral in service to the client. He discusses this in the post-session Q & A.
Client scenario: The client is not in the coaching profession. This was not only the first time he and Jim met but Jim didn’t want to know anything about the client or the topic ahead of time.
Coaching Topic: "I would like advice on how to take my plan to decrease racism in the US to a national level. I’ve had tremendous success locally but don’t know how to scale it."
Participant take-away: “My biggest take away from this call was watching the process of believing in the client in full-force. The coach held the space, and the belief that the client had his own answers even in those moments when the client felt most “stuck”, and repeatedly wanted the coach to “tell me what to do” or “what’s the right answer for my problem”? Jim Milner stuck to the core competencies, and simply continued to put the question back on the client. The client dug deep, experienced vulnerability; hit some core emotional pieces and will ultimately have accountability and personal responsibility, which is at the core of personal growth; all thanks to this call with Jim.”
For many, the concept of Joy is elusive and seems unattainable on a daily basis. In this session, coaches will learn how to help their clients explore what blocks Joy in their lives and keeps them stuck in patterns that do not support their overall wellbeing.
We will explore specific tools to help clients shift their mindset and design actions to gain greater access to higher-level emotions and create practices that enhance their capacity for Joy on a daily basis.

Where is the time machine to go back and do it again? I found myself re-listening to each class a few times per week to let is seep in. For me, the greatest value was getting a deeper understanding of the presented coaching methods and theories, followed by application in the demo.
