Quantum Coaching Essentials: Additional Policies
-Tuition/Payment/Fees Policy:
Payment: Tuition payments are to be made in/converted to US funds. Payment plans may be extended beyond the calendar length of the program through our Flex Pay Plans. No additional fees or interest are applied to our Flex Pay Plans.
Plans must be in progress before the beginning of classes unless otherwise arranged with Marilena Minucci. Payments may be paid via credit card via Paypal, check, Zelle or other method as agreed upon by Provider and Student.
Lack of Payment: In the event circumstances arise that require adjustment/suspension of/pausing any subscription payments, the student should contact Marilena Minucci immediately to arrange payment plan changes. (Medical emergencies, where the Participant is unable to make immediate contact, are excluded.)
Should any installment payment be missed/unable to be processed for more than one month or should payments be abandoned, the status of the Participant/Graduate will be impacted as follows:
- Programs underway will be frozen as will all student accounts and the client will be legally restricted in their use of any material received from the course thus far.
- Graduates who have already been certified will have their Quantum Coach Certification suspended (along with all alumni benefits) until such time as payments are thereafter resumed or completed.
- After three months, if no contact or arrangement has been made with the student, legal action will ensue in accordance with the signed Course Agreement.
- After three months, if no contact or arrangement has been made for coaches certified by the NBHWC or the ICF, an ethics violation will be filed with the appropriate certification organization.
- Reinstatement of payments which were suspended without notice may incur up to a $200 administrative fee.
Pre-payment: Should a situation arise where a student wishes to pay down a portion/lump sum or the remainder of their payment plan, they may do so at any time by contacting Marilena Minucci directly: Marilena@QuantumCoachingMethod.com
-Refund Policy:
Withdrawal from Program/Refunds: Should you enroll in this training and decide within the first four sessions (Sessions 1-4) that this program is not for you, you may receive a full refund of any tuition already remitted minus a $200 admin fee. (If $200 dollars has not been collected as yet, the Participant shall be billed for the amount.) Refunds will be made within 90 business days after request for withdrawal is approved. After the completion of Session 4, no refunds are possible. If an emergency situation arises at any point that precludes you from completing the program at that time, please contact Marilena at Marilena@QuantumCoachingMethod.com to discuss your options.
-Illness Policy:
Whenever possible, please let our team know should you need to miss class due to illness. In order to obtain the minimum required training hours for certification, it is important that you meet the 80% minimum live attendance requirement. Please let our team know, as soon as possible, should you need to miss class due to illness.
- Should you need to miss class due to brief illness, you will be required to watch recordings and have the option to meet individually with Marilena to review key material as needed.
- Should you need to miss more than 20% of the live course or wish to drop the course due to extended illness for yourself or a close family member (spouse/partner/child/parent) you may defer enrollment to a future class unless you are in Sessions 1-4, in which case, see below.
- Should you be in sessions 1-4, you may receive a refund (minus an admin fee) in keeping with our Payment/Refund Policy. After the completion of Session 4, no refunds are possible. If an emergency situation arises at any point that precludes you from completing the program, please contact Marilena to discuss your options

-Partial Completion Policy:
In order to receive certification as a Quantum Coach, you must have completed all requirements of the program as taught by us. We do not issue certificates of partial completion. Your status will remain pending until you are able to complete your requirements. We will, of course, work with you to help you complete your required assignments. However, if more than 20% of live class hours have been missed, you may be required to repeat some or all the live program. Unless missed attendance was unavoidable (medical, work conflict, etc.), an additional administrative fee may be required.
-Transfer of Credit Policy:
We do not accept transfers of credit from any other school, training program or university. Individuals with any questions about this policy may contact: Marilena@QuantumCoachingMethod.com.
-Complaint/Grievance Policy:
While we strive for excellence and an optimal student experience, from time to time, situations arise that require our attention. It is our desire to ensure equitable treatment of every person and to attempt to solve any grievances in a timely and fair manner.
Any concerns about any aspect of this program regarding administration, curriculum content, delivery method, faculty/team members, or co-student conduct, etc., that you feel you cannot address or resolve directly yourself, can be emailed to Marilena Minucci directly at Marilena@QuantumCoachingMethod.com. Please basically describe the nature of your concerns and any details you wish to share as soon as possible after any concern arises. You may also simply request an appointment with Marilena in order to discuss the matter.
Upon receipt of your email/communication, we may choose to follow up with a request for a conversation with you to further understand the nature of your concerns. It is our policy to initially review and acknowledge any complaints or grievances within 3-5 business days of submission and update you thereafter as to the status of our review, next steps and a timeline toward resolution. We will work with all parties involved to resolve the issue. Once the matter has been handled, should you do not feel the issue is resolved to your satisfaction, please send a written email request to Marilena at Marilena@QuantumCoachingMethod.com to appeal the decision. Appeals will be reviewed by an impartial committee and a written response will be provided to the participant within 10 business days. All appeal decisions are final.
