The Quantum Gong: 40 Days to Go Beyond and Within
As we prepare for our journey together, begin to think about a small self-care practice 10-20 minutes long that you can commit to doing every day for 40 days.
The Quantum Gong Practice works best when you:
- Choose ONE practice you will repeat each day. (Not changing it up) There is something about the ritual of repetition that really supports a more meditative quality to the experience.
- Choose a regular time of day to complete your Gong. If situations arise you can certainly have an alternate plan, however we recommend choosing a time of day you will not typically be interrupted.
- Choose an body-mind-spirit type of practice. Physical activities seem to work best, however there are people who have journaled or meditated for their Gong.
- Keep it very very simple.
- Do not use this as a way to get “something done” but as a way of being with yourself.
- Share your reflections on our daily reflections emails or your progress on our Facebook page. As much as we are journeying as individuals, we are also journeying together and sharing our energy in support of one another.
